Guidelines 

Phase One ( 1st year)

• Must enroll in education program 

• Obtain a job within 60 days 

• Pass every drug test ( every three months) 

• Complete rehabilitation class

 

Phase Two ( 2nd - 3rd year ) 

• Pass phase one and phase two application is accepted 

• Have maintained a Job for a year 

• Passed every drug test 

Phase Three 

• Passed phase two

• Interview
